1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern all use of the cardtime platform, including the website at cardtime.pro, all games, betting markets, promotions, and any related services offered by cardtime. These Terms apply to all registered players and visitors to the platform.

cardtime reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at cardtime.pro/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the cardtime platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the cardtime Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and cardtime.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a cardtime account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines. cardtime strictly enforces this requirement and will request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing cardtime is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a cardtime employee or affiliated company.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by cardtime or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

cardtime reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) cardtime account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering a cardtime account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and OTP codes — strictly confidential. cardtime will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Notify cardtime immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

cardtime reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using government-issued identification documents. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending completion of the verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cardtime account. cardtime accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cardtime accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cardtime deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your cardtime account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. cardtime is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• cardtime does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your cardtime account.
• GCash withdrawals typically clear within three (3) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.
• cardtime reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms.

cardtime reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cardtime offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your cardtime account in accordance with the terms of each specific offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• cardtime reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cardtime platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets placed on cardtime are final once confirmed. cardtime does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the relevant game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, cardtime reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. cardtime's decision in such matters is final.
• cardtime uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. cardtime reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cardtime platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one cardtime account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the cardtime platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward cardtime staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cardtime platform — including but not limited to the cardtime brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of cardtime or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any cardtime content without prior written consent.
• You may not use the cardtime name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written authorization.
• Unauthorized use of cardtime intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cardtime shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if cardtime has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond cardtime's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

cardtime's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cardtime account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cardtime's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy

cardtime collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at cardtime.pro/privacy-policy. By using the cardtime platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cardtime implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and cardtime cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, or account matter, cardtime's records shall be the primary source of evidence. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting cardtime support. cardtime will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavor to resolve disputes within thirty (30) business days.
